Fun twists on classic dishes 🔀

Published 12 months ago • 1 min read

Hey Reader,

I hope you've been well and ready to enjoy this Memorial Day weekend! Check out the latest recipes and articles from the blog.

Each of these recipes puts a fun twist on classic dishes, and I think 3-day weekends are the perfect time to try something new.

Fried Cheese Grits

Creamy cheese grits wrapped in a crispy, golden brown crust. It really is a perfect combination and a fun way to spruce up the grits we grew up eating.

Parmesan-Crusted Pesto Quesadillas

If you know anything about me you know two things I love a LOT are cheese and pesto, so it was only a matter of time before something like this showed up.

Cinnamon Apple Crumbles

I love making them as individual crumbles so everyone has their own and feels extra special, but turning this into one big cinnamon apple crumble for the function this weekend wouldn't be a terrible idea either!

Enjoy!

If you enjoy cheese, it's pretty hard to hate a grilled cheese at any time of the day. Here are a few of my favorite bread and cheese combinations: Combo #1: My favorite (for right now at least) Bread: Sourdough bread Cheese(s):...

Hey Reader! How are you?! (I’d really love to know, if you feel like replying.) I’ve been on a somewhat extended holiday break from social media and content sharing, but I do want to share a bit of what I’ve been up to lately. One word: Pinterest. @hashjenni's tweet about Pinterest and we love it Yep. That pretty much sums it up. It’s one of my favorite places to explore and share food content. So if you’re into Pinterest like I am, follow me. I don’t always feel like putting together an...
